Citizen called to state at the corner of Gourley & Cascade Avenue that there is an over grown lot with tall grass.

At the corner of South High Street & Southdowns Drive. Tree limbs are hiding the stop sign. Susan was at the intersection and was almost hit when a driver failed to stop at stop sign because its so hard to see.
