Bluebird keeps tossing ice, and beer bottles behind the bar. It is blocking peoples cars in the parking lot. Katie from Jeannie Walters called.

Mr. Baird reports that J-Max trash service empties the dumpster at 16th and Walnut improperly and trash is scattered all over the road and in front of his house. Air Quality Travel has the dumpster. Mr. Baird would like to be contacted with status of his complaint since this is an ongoing problem with J-Max.
