The tenants had a party last night and there is trash thrown everywhere. The drainage ditch that runs along this area is not full of trash and trash cans. The place is a mess.

REPORTS THAT TENANTS HAVE BEEN AND ARE CONTINUING TO THROW THEIR GARBAGE OUT THE NORTH WINDOW NEAR A PORCH. THINGS LIKE TOMATOES ETC AND HAS RUN DOWN THE SIDING AND ONTO THE GROUND. HAS RENTAL PROPERTY NEARBY AND IS CONCERNED ABOUT RATS AND OTHER ANIMALS. FROM THE LOOKS OF THINGS THEY HAVE BEEN DOING IT ALL WINTER.
