The actual problen is next door to the complaintants. She didn't know the exact address. The yard is overgrown, trash lying all around, weeds are very tall and there has been a brush pile lying in the yard that has been there for over a years time. Complaintant states that she didn't think the neighbor lived there all the time she was hardly ever home.
