Streetlight in front of residence shines directly into their bedroom. Would like a shield placed on the east and south sides of the lamp to prevent the light from shining in.

Citizen left PW voicemail message that her recycling had not been picked up & she was left a note saying it wasn't sorted properly. She sorted it the same way as always and wants it picked up.
Citizen put trash out a day late for collection due to holiday. Was informed by PW staff that she could call Rumpke. Rumpke told her they could not pick up from city customers.
