There is trash everywhere behind 2858 E. 3rd Street. There is a dumpster, however everyone puts the trash beside it instead of in it.

So much junk on the front porch the mailman couldn't get to the mailbox; trash and junk in the front and back yard; resident keeps a utility trailer parked on the street in front of possibly 501 E University; instead of in front of his own home.
