Bob reports that residents have raked a large amount of leaves into the street after the leaf collection crews came through. Leaves are posing a safety hazard and will be pushed all over if it snows and we have to plow.
Trash cans in the front yard. Trash bags and scattered trash in the front yard. This on-going problem.
There are weeds (and grass) that are more than a foot tall in this yard (front & back). They need mowed. Caller is afraid that snakes are in the weeds.
METER PIT FULL OF MUD.
MR. LEVY STATED THAT IN FRONT OF THE ABOVE ADDRESS THAT SNOW AND ICE HAD NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SIDEWALKS THUS CREATING A HAZARDOUS SITUATION FOR PEDESTRIANS.

Furniture on side yard; large wooden fence has fallen at the rear of the property.
Trash and furniture in the yard. They also have a mattress that is now on the property of 319 N. Lincoln, which is owned by Mary Friedman. The mattress was not left by tenants at 319.
