On the corner of 10th/Grant behind 322 E. Cottage Grove there is a dumpster that is now over-flowing. There are some kind of power wire that must have been blown down by the last storm that are hanging loose and into the dumpster. Mrs. Douglas believes that is why the trash is not being picked up.

Ms. Wells states that parking is only available on the east side of buckner st and that there are no sidewalks on the east side. Ms. Wells states that the property owner on the east side have planted flowers and ornamental grasses next to the street, so now when people park and get out of there cars they are stepping into these flower beds. She thinks that these flowers beds are in the right of way and should be removed.
