Carport is full of stuff looks terrible. Last year the owner covered the yard with carpet and then mulch now it is a weed patch.

The caller was not sure if this is in the 600 or 700 block. She stated that it has not been cut all summer. She walks by here every day to get to the bus stop. Snakes are now coming out onto the sidewalk. The house has red and green lights on the front porch that are on 24 - 7

Now more trash in the yard and it is blowing into the neighbors yard.

The bushes are growing out into the sidewalk and into the alley. A man and small child going down the sidewalk had to walk in the street to get by. Also when trying to pull from the alley you have to pull out into Rogers to see if traffic is coming.
