complaint is about rubble left on property from new driveway. also concerned with dead tree on the corner and weeds that have reached 4 feet tall. did not give name or phone but said will call me on thrusday (7/24/97)
Complaintant said that this property has only been shoveled once this year & would like the ordinance enforced.
WATER COMMING OUT OF GROUND NEAR THE DRIVE AND RUNNING INTO THE STREET
OTHER/SAID SHE WAS PROMISED A RECYCLE BIN LAST WEEK AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT. SHE'S VERY UPSET ABOUT IT. SHE HAD BORROWED HER NEIGHBORS BIN, SO I EXPLAINED THAT IF THE GUYS SAY A BIN AT HER RESIDENCE, THEY PROBABLY WOULD NOT LEAVE ANOTHER ONE THERE. CALLED BACK ON 5-1-98 AND SAID THANK YOU FOR "GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND " TO DELIVER HER RECYCLING BIN THIS MORNING. SHE FELT BAD FOR COMPLAINING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Beth Holbrook called about a missing sidewalk linkage on the west side of S.Sare Road from Buttonwood Lane to a point about 250 yards south. She observes that access to the new middle school and park would be served by completing sidewalk. She acknowledges that the sidewalk on the east side of Sare Road would provide access. But it also needs to be completed. Please explore who is responsible for doing sidewalks and when they could be completed. I will notify sidewalk committee of concern.
