A man called to report that there is a car that has not moved in over two years parked in a common parking area at 804/800 W. Kirkwood. He stated that the car is trashy looking. He also wanted to report that the property behind 109 N. Maple has a yard full of trash but he did not know it's address.
Missed pick-up/recycling: Picked up 1/2 contents red bin taken but paper in green bin left
There is a refridgerator in the front yard.
Multi-unit building has 10 trash cans that are overflowing; open bags; trash doesn't get into the can. Caller states that this is a constant problem and would like this property on a weekly drive-by to monitor. Caller afraid a rat problem will result from the trash problems.
Terry Elkins has 9 units in the complex and no dumpsters; approx. 10 trash cans with no lids in a fenced in area attracting rats and other animals.
Trash outside of apartments. Out front and back.
