The owner, Jamar, has been having a continuous yard sale for weeks, creating intense traffic on a 1 lane street, especially on weekends. His grandchildren cannot ride their bikes. This is off Rockport Rd.
There is overgrown grass and trash in this yard. There are overgrown big black bushes growing into the neighbors fence.
Citizen says alley next to her house (between7th & 8th Streets) is very heavily travelled and vehicles use a high rate of speed. Aside from gravel being spewed into her yard, she is afraid that a child or a pet will be hurt by cars going too fast. Says she can only call Police so many times. Wants to know if speed bumps could be installed to slow down traffic through the alley.
MR. FAULTLESS CALLED MAYOR'S OFC. TO COMPLAIN ABOUT LACK OF CBU DECISION ON SEWERS ON 17TH ST. HE SAID HIS SEPTIC FAILED SO HE NEEDED DECISION ABOUT SEWER IMMEDIATELY. IF CITY DOES NOT INSTALL SEWER, MR. FAULTLESS SAID HE CAN HAVE HIS OWN SYSTEM INSTALLED. MR. FAULTLESS FELT ONE HOLDUP WAS LARGE WATER MAINS ON KINSER. MR. FAULTLESS WOULD LIKE CITY TO TRANSFER MONEY FROM ANOTHER FUND TO CORRECT PROBLEM. MR. FAULTLESS WANTED MAYOR TO FORCE UTILITIES TO MOVE AHEAD WITH PROJECT.
A CONCERNED CITIZEN CALLED IN AT THE FRONT DESK COMPLAINING ABOUT PORTABLE SIGN ON WINSLOW ROAD NEXT TO WALNUT STREET PIKE THAT IS BLOCKING THE LINE OF SIGHT FOR VEHICLES TRAVELING THIS AREA. THE SIGN ADVERTISES "SULTAN'S DEN GOLF SHOP".

vacant property south of Wilmington Ct. has a ton of trash blowing over from Kmart, and other businesses west of them. They are spending hundreds of dollars cleaning up trash that isn't theirs. Debbie Parker of Parker Mgt. asked if we could help bring it under control.
Illegal signs posted at High St. & Rogers Road "NUCOTE". "STEEPLECHASE" signs posted below Moores Pike on Sare Road; on College Mall Road at the Kroger entrance; and also at High St. & Rogers Road.
