Caller complained about golf course manager's behavior. Said he should be fired for "throwing a fit" last Tuesday (9/16). He yelled on the course and displayed behavior unbecoming in a public place. Caller was very hesitant to provide more information.
Mr. Riggins called to say he spotted an oversized white van w/City logo - woman driver (Kid City van) @ 1st and Lincoln driving West on 1st St. It was raining and the roads were slick. Driver rolled through stop sign or skidded, but didn't come close to a full stop.

Resident of condos west of Southeast Park found "pot smoking device" on the basketball courts. He took the device to the Police Dept who in turn contacted Parks. He reported that becasue the grass is high, people can stay hidden. Said you can't see the footbridge for the growth. Concerned that children could get ahold of this stuff.

WATER LEAK IN FRONT
Mrs. Leiter feels that every time *(pls. inquire w/ her for details) she's dealt with our Animal Shelter, the people assisting her have been unwilling and uncooperative. Her experience so far has been so negative that she went to Martinsville to adopt a pet instead of coming to our A.S. An anonymous caller complained that a seasonal staff member at the Banneker Community Center called his brothers and sisters "scrub" and threatened to take further action if this was not stopped.
BACC: Ms. Henderson needed to get a message to someone in PBA and that person's voicemail was full. When the receptionist answered the phone, she told Ms. Henderson that she would not take a message.
Mr. Parks contacted us couple mo.'s ago re: traffic light @ GE entrance off Curry--semi's/cars both running light, running others off road--I explained it was County's jurisdiciton. This time called b/c County not responding--fed up! This time he added problem w/ speeding and reckless driving all up and down Curry. Again, reiterated what part of Curry is County & what's City (from 1833 Curry to Fulerton Pk)--told him I'd forward complaint to BPD to see if they could patrol area more & ticket.
