A citizen called to voice his concern that raising the trash sticker fee 100% would cause citizens not to use the trash program. He stated that citizens would find other ways to dispose of their trash.

MARTIN STATED THAT IN HER NEIGHBOR'S BACKYARD THERE IS A PIPE COVERING OF SOME TYPE (SHE WAS THINKING MANHOLE). THE GROUND IS STARTING TO ERODE AROUND THE OPENING. THE HOLE IS FORMING BETWEEN HER CHAIN LINK FENCE AND THE OPENING. THE FENCE POST IS STARTING TO SINK. MARTIN FEELS THAT THIS AREA IS A SINKHOLE. PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING OUT.
