The Dollar General Store moved into the old Goodwill Building. There is trash all over the vacant lot next to the building. This was a continuous thing but the people from Goodwill picked up the trash on a regular basis. No one is picking it up now and it is a mess. The citizen is afraid that the trash will attract rats and small animals.
