This is the 2nd week her recycle has been missed. She doesn't understand why. resident has gotten 2 courtesy dumps w/ notices regarding sorting. not complying w/ request. crews left due to not sorted, again

Per the caller - 6 boys live in this house and they have mail and advertisements along with other trash all over the yard. Please make them pick it up....
