A couch has been sitting by the dumpster for over a month now, and has been rained on. The person who called this in thought it was a health hazard. They also stated that the couch was seen across the road at another apt. complex before it showed up at 520 N. Grant.
The lot is full of trash.
Cars on grass.
RENTERS MOW THE FRONT YARD BUT THE BACK YARD IS HIGH AND TRASHY.
Mrs. May called on behalf of her daughter who lives at 4626 Sunset Dr., she stated that the neighbor who lives directly behind her has been letting there weeds grow over in to her daughters yard and they have been pulling them. She would like this to be taken care of and she would also like a call back
trash/junk in back yard.
SAID THIS IS THE SECOND COMPLAINT IN JUST OVER A WEEK REGARDING THE GARBAGE THAT HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN OUT TO THE CURB AND IS ACCUMULATING.
Mrs. Thurston called the P.W. Office to report that her yard has been attacked by gray sand. She is very bothered by the sand.
Large piles of trash, boxes, popcorn, etc. in both alleys in the east block of the downtown square.
Utility easement between Martin home and apartments very overgrown. Martin wants utility companies to mow/clean up area. He & neighbors cleaned area once. Matt Fields told him probably nothing could be done.
