Porperty owner has a vehicle parked in the ROW on a street with NO parking signs posted. Parking enforcement asked for Engineering help on determining the Actual ROW
Neighbor states that resident leaves their trash/cans out on sidewalk for at least 2-3 days before trash pickup (which is on Fridays). The yard needs to be mowed and there is a car that is parked in the front yard all the time. The neighbor stated that the resident is new to the area and needs to know City policy on these issues.

TRASH AND WEEDS...OVERGROWTH AT RETAINING WALL WHICH IS IN NEED OF REPAIR.
Stop sign at intersection of Brown and Graham is covered with overgrowth which makes it hard to sse, and you have to pull out in the middle of Graham St to see if any other cars are coming- caller stated.
Woman called in stated that she called HAND 2 weeks ago to report that 704 Country Club Dr. has very high weeds and nothing has been done about it. Could not find any thing in the reqpro system on this address.
THERE IS A DUMPSTER AT THIS RENTAL THAT HAS BEEN SITTING OVER FLOWING FOR OVER TWO WEEKS.
HIGH GRASS. ALSO THIS STREET IS GRAVEL AND IT IS VERY POORLY MAINTAINED. CARS BOTTOM OUT.
