MOTHER OF TENANTS: REPORTS THIS WEEKEND THAT THEY VISITED AND SAW NUMEROUS RATS AT THE AREA WHERE THE TRASH IS PUT. THERE IS NO DUMPSTER; A CONCRETE PAD WITH SOME TRASH CANS AND THE KIDS ARE AFRAID TO GO NEAR THIS AREA SO THEY THROW THE BAGS IN. SAID THE KIDS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS THRU THE SCHOOL YEAR. ASKED AND SHE DID STATE THE RATS ARE NOT IN THE BUILDING AS FAR AS SHE KNOWS.
Caller states there is trash on the porch and all around the house.
Dr. Colfield called to say that his mother lives at this address and has had a plumber out to see about her sewer which was backing up. Roto Rooter plumbers advised her that the line was broken in several places and probably was broken when the city installed the water main on Henderson St.
The citizen states that his neighbor puts her trash out at least 5-6 days in advance. Her trash pickup date is Wednesday but she has had it out since last Friday. He has called in before about this problem and it was taken care of. He did not know who he talked to before and I could not find anything in the system.
Street has overgrown trees and bushes making it hard to drive on the street. Mr. Hillenburg parks on Alexander St. since he cannot park on Adams St.
HIGH GRASS
