In addition to their garage flooding twice due to Kenny Blackwell's development (that backs right up to their edition, Sherwood Oaks), there is currently a 8 in. black plastic pipe that is resting directly into the end of the court. It is NOW buried, but a portion of the pipe opening is exposed in court causing problems. Mrs. Felkin wonders if this is legal? She mentioned that her husband called and spoke to Jonathan Heald regarding previous problems and he was not helpful.
