THERE ARE TALL WEEDS AND FLOWERS BLOCKING TRAFFIC.
Mr. White, a renter at listed address, expressed distress at neighbor's two new rotweiller dogs. Had a restraining order against said neighbor(last name Bruce), dogs continue to bark constantly. dogs apparently have no shelter. Neighbors involved live to the south of Mr. White. He says he has installed a protective fence and did not know what else to do.
