There is trash all over the back yard of the Powell Daycare which is located directly behind Mr. Roberts house. He stated that half the block is mess. The dumpsters at the Day Care at the above address are overflowing with diapers and miscellaneous trash. The dumpster is not enclosed. Roberts wanted to know if by code they are not required to enclose the dumpster area. The dumpster is emptied 2 times a week, but in between these times the trash is overflowing, normally dirty diapers, which is a nuisance. PROPERTY ENCOMPASSES 821 CHAMBERS ALSO & BACKS UP ALL THE WAY TO DUNCAN DR. PROPERTY HAS A FENCE ROW WHICH IS FULL OF BRUSH; TRASH; POISON IVY; VINES INTO POWERLINES AND HAS A HUGE PILE OF BRUSH HARBORING ANIMALS WHICH HAS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS.
Citizen stated that there is a vacant lot on the south side of the street near the dead end of Chambers Drive that has not been mowed in several weeks.
