Elderly woman - students dumped a bunch of heavy trash bags in her yard in the middle of the night.
2nd complaint. House for Sale sign in ROW at Queens & High. Deykes responded to same complaint two weeks ago. Third house on north side of Queens. They aren't putting it out during the week, since the City was out once. They are putting it out Friday night & through the weekend.
