Brady complained about water in back yard. (There is a rock check dam in place). Also, Jeff Ellington said that a heavy rainfall had resulted in some water in his basement and thought it may be related to development north of his property

North of Garden Lane (c3700), the prop owner has been filling the ditch w/ lawn clippings, South of Garden Lane, the prop. owner filled the ditch w/ dirt and seeded so it doesn't look like there was a ditch. Evelyn is concerned her basement will flood

Overgrown weeds and trash all along N. Adams Street from W. 7th St. to the railroad tracks. Ms. Inskip states that the property is owned by the City of Bloomington (Section 31, plat 1 & 2)? She says that the bushes and weeds need to be bushhogged, which might help prevent some crimes in the neighborhood.
