This is the second complaint by Ms. Lindsey. The first complaint #6075 on 08/06/97. Ms. Lindsey feels that this is a dangerous situation for the high school driving students.

If you are going north on Walnut Street and cut across to turn onto College Avenue you have a problem seeing because of the wildflowers/grass to the north of the circle.
