PHONES ARE ANSWERED BY UTILITIES DURING OFF HOURS.) THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM ANIMAL CONTROL AND DIDN'T THINK THAT UTILITIES CONTROL REPORTED THE CALL.
