On the NW side of Pinestone & Thornton (on the north side of the house) there is garbage piled up as well as broken furniture. This is possibly over occupied. Caller stated that it was a rental.
The vacant lot at Pinewood Dr. & Pinewood Lane is unmowed. It is owned by the city. The grass is past knee high. Complaintant mowed it himself at least once last year. The company the city hired to cut this lot has only mowed it once this year.

W. Sunset Ave. between Harvey and Westwood -- water stands in the street and weeds are growing in the middle of the street. Mr. Robinson has shoveled sand from the middle of Sunset Ave. The City should do something about this since he pays taxes.
