Mr. Smith called regarding a problem with overgrown bushes on the sw corner of 15th and Woodburn. He also said that there is an old blue Dodge PU with expired tags that is blocking the stop sign. Because of the bushes and the pu, lots of people run this stop sign.
Grass is close to a foot tall. This is an abandoned home.

Grass has not been mowed - weeds along back alley are 8' tall. Debris from roofing garage job left around yard.
There is a red pickup truck at the back of the property that is full of 30-40 bags of trash. (On Central full of trucks). house on 11th. next door is lotsa cars on the yard
There is a brush pile that has been in the yard for a long time. This is his second complaint.
Since house was torn down they have not taken care of the lot. It is overgrown.
