7-8 cars are routinely parked at the SE corner of Washington and Dodds. The cars are parked very close to the corner, and residents place an orange cone in the street to "reserve" their parking spot.

Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Resident who walks the Polly Grimshaw Trail on a daily basis stated that there is a Kroger shopping cart filled with someone's belongings on the East side of the RR Crossing at the bottom of the hill by the security fence. Also stated the brush is overgrown.
