The grass is 3 feet high. The guy said the address was 919 N. Orris.
Neighbor said grass is at least a foot tall -- house is vacant. She said owner owns other property in neighborhood and is not mowing them either. She also said same owner is running a "car dealership" out of one house in neighborhood.
