Dolly from Parker mgmt. says that Investment Properties is illegally dumping in the dumpster located at 205 E. 17th St. They (Parker) manage this. She said that its the people from investment properties who are doing it. I talked to Sandy and she says that Investment owns this, and Parker manages.

House at 1127 W. 11th St. needs to cut its grass. Over 8". Property is owned by David Melwid. The complaint was made by the man who resides at 1123 W. 11th St.

the guys here keep leaving their trash at the alley. Last night during the storm it blew all over the alley and into the street.
