Bob Brown 812-350-5117 Resident stated that there is a Mighty Tough Envirusac full of a toxic looking substance located at 1010 Sherbrook Drive in the greenway between the sidewalk and the street. It has been there approximately 2 weeks.

The ditch serves no purpose for drainage since they are filled by tenants with tree limbs and are not maintained. The neighborhood would like the ditches filled in as part of the street repair project going on at this time.
