Broken car on property, broken swimming pool with no fence, trash all over yard. This property appears to be partially outside the city limits.
Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.

Came in w/Councilman Sabbagh. Renting bldg. on Hillside by RR tracks. Last night an employee caught "kids" breaking into a car and they pulled a gun on him. Was reported to BPD. Citizen wants more police patrols & presence, says area has gang problems, can't subject his workforce to this. Also wants lights installed along Hillside by their parking lot.

"QUALITY SEAMLESS GUTTERING" SIGN ILLEGALLY POSTED AT INTERSECTION OF E THIRD ST AND HIGH ST..
COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT THERE WAS FURNITURE STACKED IN CORRIDOR, BLOCKING EXIT.
