Mr. Koch believes that the four retention ponds that the city built to deal with storm water run off around Clarizz Boulevard is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects. He wants the city to remove some of these ponds. He would like to speak to the Storm Water Engineer regarding the need to have four ponds.
Residents not mowing grass in the back next to the drainage ditch.
Tenants moved out and left trash everywhere.
Trash piled on the north side of porch; trash pile in back of the house (east); and another trash pile in front of house. The grass also is to high.
Grass not mowed at the vacant lot to the west of 514 W. 15th St.
Lots of overgrown bushes (with poison ivy) obstructing the sidewalk.
University Commons Apts., owned by Sterling University, owns an area on the West side of the complex, towards Stonegate Drive, which is not maintained. The pinetrees and hill belongs to the apartment complex.
Overgrown brush in the easement between the apt. complex and Mr Martin's property. Complex is behind Ryan Steakhouse on E 3rd. He also said that the erosion control fence was never taken down.
