Ms. Weidenbrener left me a voice mail message that stated that her neighbor has trash about the yard. She said that the address is either 3131 or 3111 North Kinser Pike.

Resident called after receiving a noncollection notice for no stickers. Resident stated that he put trash stickers on his container. Sanitation Director, Larry Barker, went to address to investigate. See comments below.
