Hello! I live in the Mercury apartments, and across the street is a piano. Im not sure if this is a government funded project or from a private organization, but it seems that people play it at all hours of the night, and it can be heard clearly into my apartment. Lately it has become very disturbing when I’m trying to sleep. It sits outside Nourish Bar, and has also accrued a lot of trash. I can imagine my neighbors on this part of 6th street are also not happy with it. I was told it was a project from the elementary schoolers, so I thought the city may know who to contact on trying to get it removed or moved. Because it happens intermittently through the night, I do not feel comfortable filing a noise violation. Thank you for your help!

I found this company online and was looking into their products. I found their official Reddit page, and it seems as if they discharge firearms into an empty barrel inside of their shop. Is this safe? Is this even legal? Can just anyone do this? Can my neighbors be doing this? There is a loud rumbling noise coming from Carlise factory since 10pm Sunday December 5 that is causing shaking of my house and vibrations that can be felt inside. Noise from the factory has been an ongoing issue, but it has been increasing in volume and intensity for a few months. The factory was quiet yesterday during the day (Sunda) bu the noise and reverberations that began at 10pm last night has been the worst yet. I'm concerned for my personal safety, but also for the structure of my house and utilities - especially gas lines.

Dave’s Hot Chicken blares music and PA announcements very loudly, audible more than half of a block away. You can’t carry on a conversation while passing the restaurant. This seems to be a violation of the city’s noise ordinance. Please enforce it. Thank you.

Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. This was an issue last night (4/19/23) around 9pm and beyond. Both lanes of S Dunn St, especially between 6th St and Kirkwood were completely backed up due to multiple Ubers waiting to drop-off and pick-up as well as Doordash or other delivery services parked (flashers on) on S Dunn St. Everyone in the right lane was trying to move to the left lane to get past these parked cars. There was enough traffic, that no one could move. There was also a car parked beside the the yellow stanchions on Kirkwood at this location. This is very frustrating and drivers were becoming agitated. I do not know if this happens every night, but parking in a driving lane on S Dunn St is not appropriate.

I submitted a report yesterday, May 5, 2023. As my husband and I thought back through the week... it was Tuesday morning, May 2, 2023 when this happened. Driving south on Rogers at 8:15am. A work sign crashed into my car. The worker and I examined the side of the car. At home, I saw that the antennae has been slashed; there is also some damage to the top of the car in front of the antennae. My case number is #183678 and was given to Adam Weson to handle. I will get an estimate for repairs this week. Who must I contact to have this resolved? Thank-you, Kim
