Property is on SE corner of N Bryan and 7th St. The traffic calming bump out on the 7th street side is overgrown with Johnson grass and has been for months. A look at google street view shows it was overgrown in July of last year, showing this is a chronic issue at this location.
This is the fourth time resident has been written up recently for failure to provide tags on trash.
Caller said there are weeds and excessive growth on this property. Also blocks the line of sight.

This trash has been here for over a week. I live in 108 N Union and it's not mine. I think it belongs to the house behind us on Bryan. Not sure why they think the city will pick up trash that's not curbside...
lots of trash in the back. if you can't see it from the front the property owner of 2531 e 8th said you could go on her property (patio) to see the trash from her back yard.
