Last week there was another accident, homeowner continues to grow "wildflowers" and does not maintain growth to a reasonable height, vegetation blocks line of sight and is very dangerous.
Sidewalk blocked by overgrowth. When stopped on Smith line of site blocked. There is also an overgrown fire hydrant, possibly to the same address.
The overgrowth between the sidewalk and street on the NE corner of 2nd and Euclid blocks all the views of westbound traffic, creating a significant hazard. This occurs every year. The residents are apparently cultivating it. That overgrowth needs to be removed permanently.

Line of sight/safety hazard because of excessive growth in front of 820 W. 2nd Street. For those turning onto 2nd street from Euclid street, the vegetation blocks the line of site. This is especially dangerous because the property is near the top of a hill, which already obstructs line of sight.
There has been a couch sitting in front of house for atleast 2 weeks. No tag observed for trash pick up.
For over a year, both the owner and tenant of this location have made repeated offenses against city code - including dumping yard waste in the ally, not picking up trash in yard and on sidewalk, having multiple broken down cars parked (for over a year) on property without attempts to repair/remove them. Owners are constantly parking on sidewalk for days at a time. Tenants have aggressive dog that has jumped the fence and attacked people. Blue car in front of house (with flat tires) hasn't moved in over a year, and does not run. Blue SUV doesn't run, and hasnt moved in months. Trash and recycle bin are constantly over flowing and spilling trash. Bins are never removed from sidewalk. Witnesses have caught tenants throwing trash into neighbors yard.
Curb has disintegrated over the years. As people turn from Jackson st onto Smith Ave they are driving onto my property due to there being a lack of boundary between the road and my back yard. My property is 606 W. Howe Street and the issue is the the backyard where it boarders Smith Ave. My husband and I would really appreciate it if this curb could be rebuilt to prevent further damage. Line of sight blocked due to tall weeds. I was almost hit by a car I could not see behind the weeds last week. One house was cleared but this one remains! Been an ongoing problem for 3 years!
Line of sight issues. Can’t see to get out of the alley tree plots are blocking my view to pull out. Very dangerous. I complained last year and nothing was done. Worse this year
