Someone drug some of the trash to the front of the house but he does not know if there are any stickers on the bags. The pickup is not until Friday. The caller does not know if someone is still living there. It is a rental and he has tried contacting the owners but to no avail.

CALLER IS TENANT. HAS TRIED TO GET PROPERTY OWNER TO REMOVE A WOODEN PULL-TYPE TRLR FROM BACKYARD. THIS TRLR CONTAINS PAINT CANS; BOARD WITH NAILS AND OTHER TRASH AND IT IS A HAVEN FOR MOSQUITOS ETC. THEY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE BACKYARD FOR COOKOUTS AND IS AFRAID HER GRANDCHILDREN WILL GET HURT. I DID NOT SCHEDULE A COMPLAIN INSP SINCE IT APPEARS TO BE TRASH AND HAND INSP CAN DRIVE BY.
