How do I most easily access Webmail now?
I am trying to fax the required documentation to the IT department for their computer donation. However, the fax number listed on the page here http://bloomington.in.gov/computer-donation does not seem to be an actual fax number. When I dial it through the fax machine, a voice mail answers.
Barry Wallock, Downtown Specialist, is listed with the wrong email address on the City Directory. It should be wallockb@bloomington.in.gov

I am a PhD student doing research at New York University. I am interested in the Open311 program and would like to get a key to the test server.
I wanted to report a pothole, so I first looked under "Streets", but there was no place there for potholes. I then looked under "Hazards", but there wasn't a place there either. I finally found it under "Most Popular". It's OK to put things under "Most Popular", but they also should be under the category that they logically fit under.

On your list of Commonly Mistaken City Services you list Medicare (health insurance for people over 65)as a state service. You meant Medicaid (health care services for the poor). Your link is correct--it goes to the state's medicaid page. Please correct your list. Thank you.
I think it would be useful if there was a section where residents could give positive feedback on things in town. I realize the point of this app is to help with things that the city may not be aware of, but giving good feedback can help as well.
