Hello, I'm a second-year tenant of a house on S Woodlawn Ave. The walk home at night is very dangerous because there are no street lights once you get south of Atwater Ave. As a larger man, I luckily do not have to worry as much as about being abducted by any predators. However, I still worry about getting struck by a car because of the lack of visibility on the streets and sidewalks. We have guests that are women that fear coming to our house at night because of how dark the street gets and they could easily be abducted in the dark. My roommates and I often find ourselves having to walk guests to Atwater for them to feel safe. It is a public safety issue and I'm requesting that street lights are installed on Woodlawn Ave for a minimum of 5 blocks south of Atwater. Woodlawn is a highly trafficked area not only by cars, but pedestrians too. I'm a policy analysis major and would love to be involved in any research or implementation needed to solve this issue. The cover/cage of this street light swings down from the bulb. I have reported three lights on E. University St. I walk my dog at night and am very attentive to proper lighting for safety reasons.

The street light on Hawthorne in the little median between Sheridan and Southdowns is not on. It has been out for a while now.

My address is 1202 E. Wylie Street. The city repaired the sidewalk in front of our house in July 2010. Last fall it began spalling and breaking apart. There is now broken, small pieces of concrete in a section in front of our house. Would the city please send someone to look at it? Thank you.

Noise from the Carlisle factory has hit an all-time point of frustration. This nuisance is loud and obnoxious with fans running 24/7. Last night there was a clear, high-pitched whine at ~1376 Hz. It was so loud and clear I could detect it with my musical tuner at the pitch F6. My neighbors are miserable and Carlisle seems oblivious to the issue.
