There is an A-frame house at the end of N. Headley Road that has piled junk all over the side of the house.
Weeds are obstructing vision for north bound traffic at the intersection of Maplecrest and Headley Road. The property at 1643 Maplecrest is student housing and the yard is unkept most of the time. Unregistered rental.
NO WATER
The residents at 1643 E. Maplecrest Drive park there vehicles in the street. This address is at the corner of Headley Drive & Maplecrest. If a vehicle is going north on Headley and turns left onto Maplecrest they have to go around a tan, Ford Ranger that is always parked there. This causes a problem if someone is turning off of Maplecrest onto Headley. The road is only wide enough to accommodate two lanes of traffic, therefore, the vehicles almost collide before they realize someone is comin
Citizen says there is a utility cut right where Headley road curves around in front of Headley School (where Matlock becomes Headley). Says its been there for about a month and needs to be filled in. Believes it was City Utilities working there but not sure.
Grass needs cut. Trash/recycleables left for 3 weeks. Mr. Teach said that he complained last week too. See comp. C 1920.
Thinks it's 2510 - grass too high. Grass hasn't been mowed since beginning of spring. Limestone house right across from Maplecrest Dr.
Browncliff was recently annexed by the City. It is currently signed "No Parking" . Mr. Little would like these signs to remain. (See letter in Traffic Complaint File)
