Richard Marshall, 800 Countryside Lane-#33371, has not paved his driveway yet. The house was finished over a year ago. He only has a gravel drive. He has 5 vehicles and is parking in the yard tracking mud & debris onto the road. There is no sidewalk in front of his house. The other neighbors had to install their sidewalks. He has been hauling in trees getting mud & debris on the road. Marshall is under an expired temporary certificate of occupancy.

PARK MOTORHOME AND OTHERS OVER THE SIDEWALK CONTINUOUSLY. THE PARK IN FRONT OF HER HOME AND ON CUTTER & LEAVE VEH PARKED FOR WEEKS. UNDERSTANDS THERE ARE COVENANTS/RESTRICTIONS REGARDING PARKING THERE. THERE IS NO H.O. ASSN TO ENFORCE..DOES CITY ENFORCE THESE? THIS MAY BE A MULTI-DEPT COMPLAINT. PLEASE CALL HER.
