It's bad enough that we have to fight for parking at Morton Street garage, but it becomes intolerable when black ford F150's take up 2 spaces (314, 313). Is there some ordinance against this? Can they be ticketed, at least? License plate G04292.

The parking lines on the south side of the square are even more invisible than they were last year when I requested they be re-painted. I was told last summer that the painting was scheduled, and then it was winter and it hadn't been done. Then I was told it was scheduled for this past spring. It's still not done. The parking garages are said to be free after 5pm on Fridays, all day Saturday, and all day Sundays; however, I parked in there yesterday (Saturday) and had to pay when I left. The gates are still closed and red so i’m assuming the same will be for today.
