Tenants are parking in the alley that runs behind 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. This makes it difficult for their trash removal truck to get in the alley. As a result trash cans are overflowing and trash is now in the street. In the past vehicles that were parked in the alley were ticketed. Is this no longer happening?
2 electric bikes. First completely blocked sidewalk. Now have fallen over and are partially in the street.
Nuisance neighbors. Cars in yard, trash everywhere, long grass, rats, rodents.
Cars habitually parked on unimproved surfaces, running a auto repair on residential property, habitually blocking public sidewalk.

Black Toyota suv keeps parking in the 15 min space and sits there for long time. Driver works for Indian restaurant on the corner of 6th and Walnut. Please enforce this for delivery drivers.
The city just placed several NO Parking signs along Pinewood Drive because of a resident is running a business next to Pinewood Drive causing issues with cars parking on Pinewood Drive. Now they are parking in the area before the signage which if you are turning from Walnut street onto Pinewood they are gonna cause an accident because they are parking so close to the intersection. Can someone please call me about this issue as I reside on Pinewood Drive.
CFC vehicle is blocking the entire sidewalk and cannot safely cross kirkwood or to College avenue. No signs posted saying side walk was closed or anything. Just unacceptable as I had to walk into traffic to cross.
