Other: Tenants are parking in the alley that runs behind 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. This makes it difficult for their trash removal truck to get in the alley. As a result trash cans are overflowing and trash is now in the street. In the past vehicles that were parked in the alley were ticketed. Is this no longer happening?

Spoke with the Parking Officer in that area, he has not seen anyone parking long term in the alley on his rounds, (anyone can park in an alley for 30 min per ordinance). The Officer will make special trips back and monitor the alley.
