I not sure if any one has ever complained about this but The intersection at 14th and Woodburn Ave is a very tight intersection as I have noticed an issue of people parking where they aren't suppose to. I'm almost got hit coming off Woodburn to 14th street cause you can't see past the cars. My son's bus has a hard time making the turn on Woodburn from 14th street cause people park on the yellow curb. This is an everyday problem. Please check on this. Thanks, Hannah.

Nothing to do with parking meters but In the ally way between the church and chipotle cars are parking in the alley way and signs are posted causing a traffic jam.

Hi. This is a friendly note to tell you that the new 4th Street Garage has a trash can on the exteror, Southwest corner, that hasn't been emptied since it was first placed there. It's definetely full and is in need of being emptied. I've mentioned this twice to parking garage attendants (via video chat at the exit) but wanted to be sure someone is aware. Thanks very much. These new flower beds are filled with rain water and if they freeze they may damage the plastic liner inside. They may need some holes drilled in them before the soil is added.

There is a parked trailer in the street, without sufficient reflection or license plates. I do not know who owns it but it has been there for months. It is moved a few feet either way on occasion, but it presents a major safety issue at night and is quite unsightly for a residential neighborhood.
