Car parked in the gravel area is parked illegally. We have had issues with people parking in this spot even though it is not a legal parking zone. I have spoken with parking enforcement before and they confirmed that this is indeed not a legal parking zone and they have ticketed before. Recently people have been parking there on a regular basis. This is the lot behind 728 E Atwater. Accessible off of S Park.

A resident of 703 W Sixth St routinely parks her car facing the wrong way in front of her apartment house. The car, a small grey Ford, is often left this way overnight. License plate - 223LI.
Repeatedly (almost daily) they park a car blocking the sidewalk.
On south Lincoln, just south of Driscoll there is a semi trailer parked, without a truck. It has been there about a week. It makes it near impossible to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of Driscoll onto Lincoln. Isn't there a parking ordinance prohibiting semi trailer long term parking?
Inoperable black Ford mustang parked in front of 1014 west Howe
A Ford Country Squire Station wagon appears to have been abandoned on the street in front on my house in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. The car has not been moved since July 24th. This concerns the traffic jam every week day on Countryside Drive at Summit Elementary School as parents are picking up their children. Cars are parked (poorly) on both sides of the street, leaving barely a single lane for through traffic. Kids are running along the sidewalk and across the street to get to their parent's cars, creating a dangerous situation. For those of us on Sunflower Drive, this is our only route in or out of our neighborhood, and it has become very hazardous and difficult. We would be very grateful if something could be done about it. Thank you.
