Vehicle parked on Third just west of Woodlawn blocking bike lane. I (a pedestrian) observed a cyclist dodge out of the bike lane into the traffic lane to avoid collision. Please enforce these problems before a cyclist gets hurt.

The alley between 507 and 511 S Jordan is blocked by a car and it's blocking access to my driveway and garage.

Near 412 w. 4th street is a meter someone has abandoned their bike for nearly a month with a flat tire. They've hung their bike around the meter but you could easily just remove it. Could this bike please be taken as it obviously has been abandoned and should not be attached to a meter anyway.
