The transition here from the street (Sycamore Ct) to the side path running down to the South East Park Tennis courts is covered in a giant pothole and crumbling asphalt. This is very difficult to navigate with a stroller, and slightly treacherous if just walking on foot. Could this be repaired please? It's been in bad shape for several years now, and keeps getting worse.
The culvert at the south end of the parking lot on Woodlawn across from The Bryan Park pool has been eroding for quite a while and looks like it could collapse.
Right before you get to the tracks going west on 3rd street to turn left on to Muller Parkway the trees in the media you have planted is blocking the view to on coming traffic very dangerous could you please trim the trees so it's safer?
In the island area across the street from 2133 Melville Cir, there are pine trees that may need to be pruned or removed. Currently, the landscapers are unable to access the area beneath the trees to clean up debris effectively, and the significant amount of debris dropped by the trees is clogging nearby street and ground drains. It is suspected that this clogging is causing issues with flooding in the area. Additionally, there is a street drain on the southwest side of the island/Melville Circle that may be causing issues, including a sinkhole in the island lawn adjacent to the street drain. Can we receive confirmation of whether some or all of the repairs in these locations (within the island and on the street of Melville Circle) is under the jurisdiction of the City or of the Renwick Neighborhood Association? If it is under the jurisdiction of the City, this report is to notify that these issues should be reviewed and rectified to avoid flooding. The rail trail parking lot on Winslow would really benefit from having lines painted for spots. The only one currently marked is an accessible spot. Because there are no standard lines, people park wherever they feel like as they come and we end up having room for far less cars because there’s no consistency between the cars.
The overflow parking lot at Switchyard Park does not currently have a street light, making it very dark when returning to your car. The attached photo is from this past Food Truck Friday.

At the urging of our neighbor the city removed a tree from our property (in the front easement) as it had signs of the ash borer. Many other trees in our neighborhood have been removed for the same reason but replaced almost immediately. We have waited since April 27, 2017 for stump grinding and a replacement. A city tree that was removed by the city – it is located on.It has been like this for a long time – many, many months. It could be a hazard. Can you look into when the city plans to remove the stump and cover the area with brick?
